A new prequalification standard that promises to cut paperwork for suppliers.

The new Common Assessment Standard (CAS) requires suppliers to obtain just one prequalification certification before tendering for work. For Royal Clean, just like other builders cleaning contractors and subcontractors, a great deal of time and effort is placed in prequalifying to be on the supply chains and preferred lists of our clients. This is before a single tender or opportunity to tender is presented. So this represents good news and certainly helps cut out some of the inefficiencies in terms of time and cost in our UK construction industry.
